The Curriculum Leadership Institute (CLI) is a non-profit service organization committed to helping American schools and districts improve the quality of student learning. In order to accomplish that goal, the CLI's own management structure must be cohesive and collaborative. Therefore, the Institute's expanding Board of Directors has a diverse membership that includes education and community leaders who serve various constituencies, as well as selected members of the CLI staff who are in the position to know client needs and serve as advocates for the field. That unique administrative structure allows the CLI to be more open to new and emerging educational priorities, as well as to consider and help solve local issues experienced by clients.
